David Keller from Prescott Valley Arizona isn't a bee keeper, nor has he ever owned any bees. Keller decided to prove a point last month and register a local beehive as a service animal.

"A lot of people thought it was hilarious, and a lot of people were getting upset, I could very easily tell that it was not a service animal because it was pulling the owner to the parking lot," he said.

Keller decided he wasn't gonna put up with it anymore.

"I was thinking that it's just too easy to get these animals to be service animals" he said.

Keller went to USAServiceDogRegistration.com, and was able to register a picture of a beehive as a service animal.

He went to a site called USAServiceDogRegistration.com, and successfully registered the picture of the beehive as a service animal.

"I wanted to bring awareness to the issue that anyone could do this." he said.

There are a large number of service dog registration sites, but many of them don't do much of a follow up to see what exactly they are registering.
