Have you had premarital sex in Virginia? Well, you better go and turn yourself in because as of right now it's illegal.

The Virginia government has passed legislation that would eventually overturn an old law that made premarital sex illegal.

The law is rarely enforced, but a conviction could get you a $250 fine. One of the reasons it's been enforced in the past was to add charges to other sexual related convictions.
