Tilli Buchanan and her husband were re-doing the garage and took off their clothes inside their house to get the scratchy insulation off of their skin. Tilli wasn't wearing a top when her step-children came down the stairs, and reports say that the children were embarrassed at what they saw.

Tilli told them there is no need to feel that way because they aren't uncomfortable when their father isn't wearing shirt. “I should be able to wear exactly what my husband wears. You shouldn’t be embarrassed about this.”

Well the government has stepped in, and they disagree. The state has filed criminal charges against her, and she now is facing three counts of lewdness involving children. If she is convicted she could receive jail time, and will be placed on the sex offender registry for the next decade.

Her attorney is fighting the charge, stating that it's unconstitutional because the same rules do not apply to men.
