There's a lot of enjoyment that you can get out of the assorted channels of adult entertainment (or so I'm told...), but one man has taken to the courts because a popular adult website (that your husband definitely doesn't visit all the time, don't check the browser history, just trust him) doesn't feature closed captioning for the deaf on their videos.

Yaroslav Suris claims that PornHub is violating the Americans with Disabilities Act, and "it's denied the deaf and hearing-impaired access to its videos that others can easily enjoy."

This lawsuit even specifically names a handful of videos that Yaroslav wants to - but is unable to properly enjoy - including "Hot Step Aunt Babysits Disobedient Nephew" and "Sexy Cop Gets Witness to Talk".

Who am I to judge? For everything on the internet, there's a person who is into it. But for a person that's into the dialogue shared between pornographic actors, PornHub doesn't offer what Yaroslav belives he is legally entitled to.

I, being the ever vigilant and ready-to-help citizen, have already offered my services  to PornHub to help rectify the situation. PornHub has yet to reach out to officially offer me a position.

Of course, PornHub is not the only provider of online, adult videos. So if this lawsuit goes through successfully, there are going to be a lot of companies needing a lot of "manual assistance".
