Ticketmaster Is No Longer Refunding Postponed Or Rescheduled Shows

They recently updated their 'Refund Policy'

April 14, 2020

Amidst the pandemic, the fate of live music and the timeline for return is still up for debate, with some health officials suggesting it may be one of the last industries to recover and shows to return in Fall 2021

Show after show has been rescheduled, postponed or cancelled starting in March with some optimistic that they'll be able to get back on track in a few months. In the meantime, Ticketmaster has updated their Refund Policy. It used to read: "“Refunds are available if your event is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled.” However, people have noticed that they recently updated the page to allow refunds only for canceled events

People are "not happy", to say the least.

So if you had money locked up in events and concerts that are being postponed or rescheduled for months or years from now, and you hoped to get that money back, Ticketmaster just wants to hold onto it for you.
